            NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing followed by a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 24, 2006, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

2.         Regarding an ordinance amending the requirement that no City Official or representative of the City of Cedar Hills shall obligate the City with a bond of any type without a majority vote approval of registered voters living in the City of Cedar Hills as previously adopted as Ordinance No. 11-17-2003B
