             NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a public hearing in connection with their Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

 

COUNCIL MEETING

1.          Call to Order, Invocation and Pledge

2.          Public Comment: Time has been set aside for the public to express their ideas, concerns, and comments (Comments limited to 3 minutes per person with a total of 30 minutes for this item).

 

PUBLIC HEARINGS

3.          Proposed amendments to the Zone Map to change Juniper Heights, Plat D, Lot 12, currently zoned TR-1 Townsite Residential Zone to the PF Public Facilities Zone. The property is located at 10440 N. Mesquite Way.

4.          Proposed amendments to the Zone Map to change Juniper Heights, Plat D, Lots 3 - 11 and 13 - 19, currently zoned TR-1 Townsite Residential Zone to the PR2.2 Planned Residential Zone. The property is located at approximately 10400 to 10500 North and 4000 to 4300 West.
