1.         This Work Session of City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, having been posted throughout the City and the press notified, was called to order by Mayor McGee at 6:18 p.m.

2.         Presentation Regarding YMCA (6:18 p.m.)

Dave Robinson of the Fusion Group and Carol Chonyak presented information regarding a YMCA. They are working on a large development south of state street and the American Fork Hospital. It would be located in American Fork. Their development will include a recreation facility. They spoke to county representatives who suggested creating a north Utah County recreation facility. They hope to get participation from many cities, including Cedar Hills. They will soon give presentations to Highland and Alpine. Maps were reviewed.

3.         Motion to go into Executive Session, Pursuant to Utah State Code 52-4-5 (6:38 p.m.)

MOTION: C. Perry - To go into Executive Session, Pursuant to Utah State Code 52-4-5. Seconded by C. Willie.

This Executive Session was held as a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
