3.         Engineering Report (7:00 p.m.)

There was a walkthrough on the Canyon Road landscaping project. There are a few issues that need to be fixed. David Bunker will look into putting matching rock on the other side of Canyon Road in the gap between the sidewalk and concrete wall.

David Bunker will look at the construction access sign on Canyon Road and consider having it removed.

The next Monthly Management Report will include all the warnings and citations for Code Enforcement.

The parking lot lights at the newly constructed LDS Church in the commercial zone do not comply with the City’s style. David Bunker gave the engineer permission to install shoe box lights. These are shoe box lights that do comply with the style.

The stucco on the assisted living facility is the wrong color. Also, the City Council is concerned with the AC units in the windows. The AC units are on the building plans, but are not on the elevations that the Council reviewed. David Bunker will report on these issues next month.

The City is still shutting down the irrigation system because otherwise residents do not comply.

6.         This Work Session was adjourned at 7:18 p.m. by Mayor McGee.
