4.         Noticed agenda items for this Regular Council Meeting (6:51 p.m.)

Fencing Ordinance - C. Perry stated that he feels that vinyl fencing is low-end compared to concrete or wrought iron. The wrought iron fence along The Cedars is attractive, yet the ordinance does not allow for it. He stated that there is already a lack of consistency along the trail corridor.

C. Richardson stated that this amendment is just the first step, but the Planning Commission and Parks and Trails Committee still want to go further. One concern is consistency along the trail corridor and fairness to residents that have abided by the ordinance in the past.

Cliff Chandler of the Planning Commission requested that if the City Council sends the ordinance back to the Planning Commission, it be sent back with direction.

4.         This meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor McGee.
