1.         This meeting of the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, having been posted throughout the City and the press notified, was called to order at 6:18 p.m. by C. Richardson

2.         Noticed agenda items for this Regular Council Meeting (6:22 p.m.)

•          Item 8: Mayor McGee is planning to make a recommendation to appoint Cliff Chandler to the Planning Commission, but no alternates because he has not been able to interview and decide on the alternates.

•          Item 7: Decisions 2006 is not ready for review.

•          Item 6: This area is proposed to be zoned commercial. It can be changed at a later date, if necessary.

•          Item 5: C. Perry asked for a map whenever there is a final acceptance of subdivision improvements on the agenda.

•          Item 4: Staff is going to review two options for golf course management. Staff is ready to move forward quickly with whichever option the Council chooses.

3.         Motion to go into Executive Session, Pursuant to Utah State Code 52-4-205 (6:33 p.m.)

Utah State Code 52-4-5 designates specific parameters for which a Closed Meeting/Executive Session may be held. This Executive Session was held to discuss the following: The character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual and Strategy Sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange or lease of real property.

MOTION: C. Bowman -To go into Executive Session, Pursuant to Utah State Code 52-4-205. Seconded by C. Maxwell.
