1.         This Work Session of the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, having been posted throughout the City and the press notified, was called to order at 6:17 p.m. by Mayor McGee.

 

2.         Report on Fiscal Year 2008 Budget (July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008)

See handouts. Rich Knapp presented a revised budget that reflected the Council’s requests. The budget depends on the proposed increase in utility fees and the proposed franchise tax increase.

 

Jim Madsen explained the golf budget and gave a brief report on the direction of the course. He talked of the improved customer service and good numbers of the month of April.
