1.         This meeting of the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, having been posted throughout the City and the press notified, was called to order at 7:06 p.m. by Mayor McGee.

2.         Report on Fiscal Year 2008 Budget (July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008) (6:06 p.m.)

Rich Knapp gave a report on the budget, the certified tax rate, and the utility rate increases. C. Maxwell, C. Richardson and the Mayor would like to keep the tax rate the same and increase the dollars the City brings in to pay for parks and account for inflation. The Council also discussed recycling can fees.
